Mission's Miracle Valley May 24th 2025

Food is one of the necessities of staying healthy. We want people to be able to choose where and how they buy their food.

Purchasing food doesn’t need to come from a big-box grocery store or being delivered from a fast food establishment. Food can come from your neighbour who bakes their own bread, a friend who does their own canning of dried goods, or maybe you end up meeting a farmer at one of these events who grows their own produce.

It may be difficult to work these things into a hectic life when you have to work a 9 – 5 job, and run the kids to a soccer game after work, but taking the first step to implement some healthier choices in each day is a great way to start. Maybe you start with buying fresh eggs from a local farmer. Maybe you start stretching for 15 minutes in the morning before work. Small changes will lead the way to bigger changes.

We believe this event will connect individuals to one another and bring back the natural way of living.
