Sylvain Henry has created a template for a Freedom Referendum 2021 with the intention of spreading it far and wide in Canada.
This may be the best way that we can stop the tyranny in Canada.
The referendum question is not yet decided but will be decided by those who participate.

REFERENDUM EXPLANATION (Transcript of Sylvain's message)
Freedom Referendum
Basically, a referendum is a direct vote in which the entire population of a nation or of a province, or of a city or of just of a region – are invited to discuss a particular proposal. This may result in the adoption of a new policy or a specific law or a change.
It is called many different things in different countries – a plebiscite, rotation, ballot question, ballot measure, or a proposition. Basically, we refer the people to a question. We ask a certain region of the population, a question – that question depends on the people.
There’s either a people’s referendum or a government referendum. A government referendum is funded by the government. A people’s referendum is not funded by the government but affects government policy just the same.
Examples:
Quebec had several referendums and is perhaps the only province in Canada that has used this democratic tool.
However, worldwide, you may remember the BREXIT referendum. This was a government referendum that was kicked off by a people’s referendum, where Britain decided to leave Europe/the European Union.
Another referendum was the Scottish referendum on freedom. They wanted to be separate from Britain.
What is being proposed in Canada is a people’s referendum that will precede/come before a government referendum. The government referendum is not expensive – it is practically free. All we have to do is convince the people or the opposition parties to convince the government to add a referendum question to the ballot ticket when we go vote next time.
If we vote in the fall, we have enough time to start a government referendum.
What is being proposed is to start a people’s referendum first. The referendum can start off by city – Gatineau, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, or any other city – starting with a people’s referendum.
Sylvain Henry will handle the details. At this point, he just wants to know if people are interested in a referendum.
If people want to regain their freedom and regain their former prosperity they had, a referendum is a means to do so. The intent is to do a test referendum province-wide
The question(s) on the referendum are yet to be determined for the different provinces.
The referendum can be a digital referendum or a physical referendum. Sylvain suggests to do both.
On the referendum, the people will be asked a question (where the question will be decided by the people in that province). The people will vote “yes” or “no” on the referendum question.
It is very simple, powerful and may be the only tool we have left other than a revolution (which is not a desirable option for many reasons).
