First Trust is about building trust. Trust is all about building relationships. The first place to build trust is with ourselves. Trusting who we are is integrity. If we do not trust ourselves, no one else will trust us. Who then do we trust and why? Misplaced trust is destroying us. When our trust is betrayed we no longer are able to trust ourselves. What then is left? This is why we must learn to be someone we trust and that means knowing who not to trust.
