Dear Stress let's break up!
This is a 4-part workshop I offered at my local library about 2 1/2 years ago.
In order to armour up and stand up for a free Canada, and counter the force of destruction, we need to be healthy and strong.
Stress is an assault to our health. It affects our immune system negatively. We have to learn to defeat stress, deal with it in a way that is healthy and effective, so that we can focus on what truly matters.
How can we do that?
I hope that in these videos you will learn more about what stress is, how it effects your body and your mind. More importantly, you will learn what health is and how to optimize your own health.
If your thoughts can make you fearful, doubtful, stressed and sick, your thoughts can also make you brave, confident, at ease and healthy.
