 Phony Smear Media Scare Tactics Are a Fail against Kerry-Lynne.  Rob Shaw and

 Jas Johal almost gleefully reporting:

 From X : Business in Vancouver reported a complaint to Elections Canada claiming

 Findlay's team accepted $75,000 in undeclared corporate services and used about

 50 foreign nationals without legal status to canvass in her lost South Surrey-White Rock

 race.   Her campaign denied the unverified claims, calling them a smear from rivals

 timed to disrupt the leadership contest starting Friday.  The BC Conservative Party is

 reviewing the matter internally amid a tight five-way race, with voting set for

 May 23-29 and results on May 30.
