I want to point out that the ostrich court hearings today drew a dozen people into a 50 seater chamber. As we know this is not about ostriches. This is about setting a precedent for all animal related farms. If we loose this one we will loose them all. I know we're sick of court cases and I agree but I learn something from being active every time I sit through this stuff. This court hearing is a joke. Not a single mention of the problems with using Mullis' RT-PCR test, let alone how many cycles were used to test "the" single snot sample. Just because a bird's snot supposedly contains a "released" viral amino-acid strand, or any poison not injected or ingested, does not make the bird infected or sick. Birds sneeze too, for good reason.

A few have sent documentetd FOI information, from the CFIA-to the Family, posted on BC Rising Zoom Calls. What does the CFIA - FOI- Evidence confirm? There is NO VIRUS. No Avian Flu. Except in a USA Patented - In Silico "model".

It appears, Not one of the Lawyers on the "Dream Team" is using CFIA-Agriculture Canada CONFIMRED FOI Evidence. WHere the CFIA admit in FOI documents- they have "NO EVIDENCE"; No documents" to prove. AvianFlu is real! NONE!

Why not? If there was some possibility of BC Lawyers and BC Supreme Court Judges, accepting CFIA - FOI public records; admiting they have no evidence Avian Flu H5N1, exists. The Case, might have a real chance of winning.

No Virus - Were done!

So far, have seen Zero indication; the "there is NO Virus" argument, will even be considered. In the April 15-16 Court case.

Am I missing something? If the CFIA, and Ag-Canada have already confirmed they have NO evidence. No documenttion a Virus actuall exists, in Nature?

Why wouldthis case be proceeding? Is it because NO one "Beleives" there is NO Virus? Trusting the science?

Requires producing the live virus, genome from Natural Avian Flu virus?

Does it not? That has NEVER been provided, for any Virus. Still a Germ Theory!

What will the "out come likely be?" Based on "expert opinions" suggesing, we have 8-chormosomes from a PCR-Test, ofDeadOstriches. That "could" make up proteins. Proteins in Chickens-who where euthanized for Avian Flu viral contamination; without ever proving any Virus Exists!

They all have OFFICIAL FOI evidnce. Will it be used, appropriately?
