Further to the recent decision of arbitrator Nicholas Glass in the Purolator Canada case, in his ruling Glass stated: “…In her order of September 12, 2022, (Bonnie) Henry said that “an unvaccinated person is more likely to become infected than a vaccinated person and is more likely to transmit SARS-CoV-2 than a vaccinated person.” Glass disagreed stating: “I must conclude that this statement is an outlier. It is wholly inconsistent with the preponderance of material I have been presented with.”

George Washington University has reached a $5.4 million settlement with former students who allege the institution broke its contract with them when it switched to online-only classes at the onset of COVID-19. Many private universities, including Columbia and Johns Hopkins, have reached multimillion-dollar settlements in similar lawsuits.
3. An unvaccinated firefighter is suing the City of Fredericton for misinforming him of his pension benefits if he quit over the COVID vaccine mandates. Gregory Billings resigned as captain of the New Brunswick city’s fire prevention division after 21 years of service in December 2021 because he was unwilling to receive the experimental COVID shot. The firefighter is requesting $280,000 in compensation and damages.

Canada’s Information Commissioner has filed a lawsuit in federal court to force the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide records on its COVID-19 policies as requested through an access to information request. She states: “The Minister’s ongoing violation of his legal duty to implement the Commissioner’s binding Order issued under the Act is contrary to the law,” She adds that the lack of responsiveness by the Department of National Defence is an “abuse of process” undermining the credibility of the access to information system.

Children Health Defence attorneys today asked the U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans to reverse a lower court’s dismissal of CHD’s lawsuit challenging the (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization of COVID-19 vaccines for children and babies. The argued: “This case goes far beyond the question of COVID or even COVID vaccines,”. “This is a precedent-setting case where the FDA can claim Emergency Use Authorization and escape all judicial review.”

6. Tens of thousands of protestors have taken to the streets all over Germany, blocking streets and highways during the large-scale farmers’ protests in response to the government’s plan to cut subsidies to farmers. On January 8, the first day of a week-long protest around 19,000 tractors took part in Bavaria, and 25,000 vehicles showed up in Baden.

7. Tucker Carlson recently slammed the mainstream media for “covering” for serious financial and political crimes. He said – media coverage not only misrepresents the “level of actual racial hostility” but diverts the public’s attention from unjust wars and “financial crimes” in the process.

According to information published on January 3 by Blacklock’s Reporter, an in-house Privy Council report found that most Canadians believe the federal government should not introduce legislation that would censor internet content. According to the report, even those who voiced concern over potentially harmful content held that it “was the responsibility of individuals” and not government to determine what Canadians can and cannot view.

10. A Freedom of Information request filed requesting student absent numbers from school districts across BC on September 20, 2023 revealed there were 96,800 absences that day. September 20, 2023 was the day of the MillionMarch4Children event held across Canada to protect the right of parents to protect their children from unwanted sexualization by school personnel.

13. The UK government has just published a report that confirms Covid-19 vaccination is deadly, with figures showing mortality rates per 100,000 were lowest among the unvaccinated throughout the whole of 2022. The report also reveals that the triple+ vaccinated accounted for 92% of COVID deaths.

14. Another City in Argentina has resolved not to enable the installation of 5G antennas until they have precise information that the radiation will not impact the health of the community.

16. BC’s Interior Health Region has dropped use of rapid antigen tests for COVID 19. A leaked internal memo dated Jan. 8 states that use of the tests “must stop immediately” at all Interior Health affiliated sites and that existing tests are to be discarded. The memo says the rapid antigen tests are “not reliable for diagnosis of COVID 19.“

Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green will host a second hearing on COVID-19 vaccine injuries and for the first time the House will hear from medical specialists who have managed patients first hand, extensively published and presented on the topic, and have been recognized as the clinical leaders in pandemic response. 18. Fauci’s testimony at the Select Subcommittee on Coronavirus uncovered that Dr. Fauci signed off on all domestic and foreign research grants without reviewing the proposals and admitted that he was unaware if NIAID conducted oversight of the laboratories they fund.
Fauci also admitted during testimony that the “6 feet apart” social distancing recommendation promoted by federal health officials was likely not based on any data. “It just sort of appeared.”
