Sovereignty comes in many forms, and in steps. The First Step is that you must declare yourself a Sovereign-National; Secondly, the Sovereign-Nationals Must form together to make their communities, Sovereign; Thirdly, the Sovereign Communities MUST band together to declare a Sovereign-National Nation out of ALL the Sovereign Communities; Fourthly, we must band together, and write a Sovereign-National Constitution VIA Sovereign-National Constitutional Conventions.
