This is exactly what I was thinking..... why would the gov't put out mandates/legislation that they know is against the Charter, which forces us to go to heroic lengths to challenge them in the courts - when all they have to do is consult with their legal counsel? As I wrote that, I realized I just answered it. They are doing it on purpose, because they know how burdensome it is to challenge them and that it will take years - which gives them those years to do whatever they want. Requesting that they now reference the courts.... they are not going to do it. There needs to be a way to force them.

Everyone needs to file factual transgressions of the charter and the constitution against provincial and federal gov.

Brian Peckford deserves the title "Honourable". Sadly none of our Premiers, and certainly our PM, do not deserve it. I have lost respect for most of our politicians who seem to be corrupted, coerced or bribed. I agree we must act with civil disobedience, and exercise our rights.

I started last nigh Emailing Doug Ford and CC'd a few News medias so that maybe someone will pay attention. Ill start there and see, his daughter has been a loud voice in public at her disapproval of mandates etc. Maybe if she see's Brian Peckford's video she'll drive her dad nuts until he caves. Make it public Brian has sent him a letter, which he did. I will do whatever necessary and be loud as I can for my Grandchildren. I can at least say I'm trying something not just bitchin about it.

How can it work for a virus which has not been proven to really exist other than as a computer simulation? There is no Covid-19 and never was.
And even if it did exist, IT HAS A 99.7% RECOVERY RATE. I rather take my chances with the pseudo virus than any dewormer/parasite medication that has been created by the corrupt pharmaceutical industry and it‘s minions.
The powers that be decided many years ago to take the common cold, the flu and it’s variants, pneumonia, whooping cough, TB and any other respiratory illness, packaged them together into a pretty little box and called it Covid-19 to be used as a psychological weapon against us.

A natural right and one included in the Charter is the right to security of one's person. Governments are obliged to protect everyone's rights. Therefore, if a person is carrying a deadly virus that is a serious threat to other people' security, governments may take measures to protect the population from the propagation of the deadly virus. If it was ebola (40% fatality rate) the resolution on rights would be plain and the governments protective measures would be plainly justified. With Covid-19, with 80% of the population vaccinated against it, they are not.

The charter was composed by people whose self appointed mission was to create an ideal society. There are no rights, such as property rights, that would get in the way of putting an ideal society in place because the mission required control of all the resources of the people, regardless of ownership. At the end of the document, there is a caveat that says that any of the foregoing rights would be ignored if they got in the way of implementing an ideal society.
