Life can feel like floating in a wide open ocean, with no coastline or soul in sight. It feels scary, lonely, uncertain, and directionless. Especially if all you have is a life jacket and all you can do is swim. It’s exhausting.

I believe that most of the time nobody really needs rescuing in life. I believe in the strength and resilience of human beings. With the right support, tools, and guidance, most people will find their way towards well-being.

Coaching for Freedom provides the boat on that ocean, offers the tools to move the boat, helps develop the skills to use those tools well, and provides guidance and direction, like a lighthouse or a beacon.

Each individual has the ability to navigate the ocean, deal with the storms and the waves, and find their way towards tranquility. It requires practice and endurance. Navigating life with all the adversities and obstacles can be a major challenge.

The purpose of coaching is not be rescued but to be provided with what is necessary to rescue oneself.

It is my mission to facilitate personal transformation by fortifying immunity to all that is not virtuous, build resilience against adversities, mentor development of personal responsibility, and ultimately guide towards well-being, wisdom, and freedom.

MY VISION

A world where people understand their power and apply it in a virtuous, responsible way, in order for all beings to live in harmony with the natural world and realize their potential for a graceful life.
