I was reluctant to be as brave with my words as you. You are SO right Freedom We Stand. Justin Trudeau is no longer our Prime Minister in my mind. He is an absolute traitor, communist, liar, cheat. I am still new on here Julie, so when I logged into my email I found a notice that a Lorin had done a reply to my post to you that reads,
"Missed a 0 on the legal fees... About $3xx+/hour."
The last time that I called the Lawyer Referral Service for help finding a lawyer for my own needs, the fee was $10 for a half hour through the Lawyer Referral Service. And I think since then that fee for a half hour with a lawyer referred by the Lawyer Referral Service went up to $20.
I am not here questioning Lorin's post, but an increase of that fee from $20 to $3xx+/hour for the referral of a half hour would greatly surprise me - I did say a HALF hour and through a referral from the Lawyer Referral Service.
So I suggest that you call the Lawyer Referral service for yourself and learn first hand from that organization exactly what the fee would be for the HALF HOUR with a lawyer referred by that organization.

Julie, I hope you are strong enough to fight this but if you aren’t I believe all this means is you are needed elsewhere and will make a difference somewhere else. I am so sorry. I am facing losing my job because of the mandatory vaccine as well. I don’t know how people who make these decisions sleep at night. It’s about economics not health (and certainly not ethics) So awful!!!

This is not legal advice, but is rather, how I would proceed if the Wrongful Dismissal were mine.
I would first call the Lawyer Referral Service, and describe my case. And if they did not give me the name of a constitutional lawyer, I would ask them to do so if possible. This would entitle me to a half hour with such a referred lawyer, I think these days at a fee of $20.
I would then arrange a consultation with that referred lawyer making it clear in setting up the consultation that he/she was referred to me by the Lawyer Referral Service. Then I would follow the lawyers advice, unless it came down to something like, “Oh, come on now” as if the case had no constitutional significance.
It is my belief that if I have nothing to lose and everything to gain, I'll pursue it full tilt.
And since you have been dismissed by your employer Julie on failure to follow ITS medical advice, you might also discuss with such a lawyer charges for that PERSON practicing medicine without a license against the PERSON who dimissed you, who is clearly NOT your medical doctor.
